Didier Simonin

Agent

Didier Simonin grew up in Paris, France, but has maintained a home in Charlottesville for over 25 years. His journey in real estate began in Paris in 1994, where he was a top-selling agent in the city’s best districts, including the 6th, 7th, 8th and 16th. Before joining McLean Faulconer, Didier founded Charlottesville’s premier French/Italian wine importation and distribution business. He holds a business degree from a French school and two degrees from the prestigious Bureaux Interprofessionnels des Vins de Bourgogne et de Bordeaux.

In addition to Paris, Didier has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Charlottesville and Washington D.C. areas. He is a dual U.S./E.U. citizen and speaks fluent English, French, and some Italian. He served in the French military’s elite Chasseurs Alpins division, and was honored with some of the country’s top service awards.

Didier is an excellent listener, and he looks forward to leveraging his extensive market knowledge, negotiating skills, and passion for real estate to help you find or sell your next home!
