Pam was lucky to have the opportunity to grow up exploring the Albemarle County countryside from the back of a horse, allowing her to learn firsthand what a special gift it is to live in the heart of Virginia horse country. As a result, she developed a passion for the preservation of our landscape – gently rolling hills, pastoral views, set against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The college years were spent at Miami of Ohio where Pam attained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. The resulting sense of design and appreciation of beauty naturally influences everything she does. Art, and now photography, remain continuing interests.

Following college, Pam trained and sold horses to clients from all over the United States. This allowed her to raise two daughters in an Albemarle County country home surrounded by horses and dogs. In 2006, she made the career change to real estate full-time, segueing seamlessly to representing farms, equestrian property, historic and country homes.

Pam’s passion and commitment extend to giving back to her profession.  She was the 2022 President of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors and is a past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She was honored to be awarded the 2022 CAAR Realtor of the Year. The same dedication is evidenced by her advocacy for property rights and homeownership.  Her service extends to giving back to the local community that she loves.
