Will Faulconer has deep roots in the Central Virginia area – both as a native of Charlottesville and with a rich family history dating back to the 19th century. He is well connected, has a vast network, and possesses a true passion and a wealth of knowledge for the area and all facets of the local community.
He was born at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville and has lived most of his life in Albemarle County. He is an alumnus of St. Anne’s Belfield School (’03) and graduated from the University of Mississippi (’08) with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
After attending college, Will moved back to the Charlottesville area in 2008, and shortly thereafter began a career in real estate – first as an employee & assistant at McLean Faulconer Inc., and then as a licensed agent. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2011, assisting numerous buyers & sellers in the area with residential, land & farm transactions. He is seasoned & experienced in all levels & fields of real estate, and has been involved in many significant deals throughout his career as a top producer. He prides himself on being a true professional when conducting business, while also having a down-to-earth & friendly nature. Since 2023, he has combined forces with his father, Jim Faulconer, the President & Principal Broker of McLean Faulconer Inc., with over 50 years of real estate experience, to create an unparalleled real estate team dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of knowledge & expertise.
Will has been married to his wife, Libbie (UVA 08’) since 2010, and they have two wonderful children together – Ella & Hunter. Outside of his career, he is an active local musician/songwriter playing guitar & singing around town with his band – The Root Cellar Remedy. He also has several other hobbies & passions – including being an active yogi, outdoor enthusiast, connoisseur of the arts, professional photographer, die hard UVA & Ole Miss sports fan, amateur chef and mediocre golfer.
